Combination lifting that pairs Ultherapy with Thermage, Density or Onda layer by layer

Procedure Description

Premium Combination Lifting addresses deeper sagging with Ultherapy PRIME focused ultrasound, then adds an RF device (Thermage FLX or Density) or a microwave device (Onda) to work on firmness at other layers and on the fat layer. Combining different energies and depths lets us address contour, firmness and texture together. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, core plans include Ultherapy 300 + Density Alpha Tip 300 shots, Ultherapy 100/300 shots + Onda 40,000 J, and Ultherapy 300 + Thermage FLX 600 shots (UlTherma), with options such as extra Ultherapy shots, Alpha Tip 600, higher Onda energy, Boost Tip or GOURI tailored to your skin. A Signature UlTherma, in which the medical director handles the design and performs both Ultherapy and Thermage personally, is also available.

Precautions

FAQ

How do I choose which device to pair with Ultherapy?

If firmness and fine lines are the priority, Thermage FLX or Density Alpha Tip is usually considered; if cheek fullness or a double chin is also a concern, Onda is often paired. We recommend a combination after checking skin thickness and fat volume.

How does the Signature UlTherma differ from the standard UlTherma?

Both are based on Ultherapy 300 + Thermage FLX 600 shots; in the Signature plan, the medical director personally handles the facial design and performs both Ultherapy and Thermage. Results vary by individual.

Is the treatment painful?

You may feel aching or heat as ultrasound, RF or microwave energy is delivered; numbing cream and other measures reduce discomfort. Sensations may vary from person to person.

When are add-on options recommended?

Extra Ultherapy 100 shots or upgrading to Alpha Tip 600 widens coverage; Onda 60,000/80,000 J strengthens fat-layer care; Boost Tip or GOURI adds texture or volume care. We suggest options only when needed after consultation.
