Procedure Description

Onda uses microwave energy to cool the skin surface while delivering heat to the subcutaneous fat and dermis, helping with unwanted fat and skin firmness. It may be considered when cheek or jowl fullness blurs the contour, or when you want to refine firmness and contour together. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, Onda is offered at 40,000, 60,000, 80,000 or 120,000 J as single or 3-session plans, plus combinations with 12-minute LDM regeneration, InMode FX (1 area), non-steroid GPC 10cc, or V-line Shurink 300 shots. Onda 200,000 J (face only) and 300,000 J (face and body) energy passes deduct only the energy used over one year from purchase, so energy per session can be divided after consultation.

FAQ

How is the energy (J) amount decided?

We plan from 40,000 to 120,000 J based on fat volume, skin thickness and coverage. Higher energy allows broader, more thorough treatment; we recommend a suitable amount after consultation.

How do the 200,000 J and 300,000 J passes differ?

The 200,000 J pass is for the face only, with at least 40,000 J per session; the 300,000 J pass can be used across face and body. Both are for personal use only, deduct the energy used over one year from purchase, and energy per session is decided after consultation.

Is the treatment painful?

You may feel warmth as microwave energy is delivered, but surface cooling helps reduce discomfort. Sensations may vary from person to person.

What does combining Onda with Shurink add?

Onda addresses the fat layer and firmness, while Shurink focused ultrasound works on deeper sagging along the V-line. You may upgrade to Shurink 600 shots or Onda 60,000/80,000 J if needed. Results vary by individual.
