Collagen injectables for hollow hands and facial volume

Procedure Description

With age, the backs of the hands lose fat and elasticity, making veins and tendons more visible. Hand rejuvenation uses Radiesse (CaHA) or GOURI (a liquid PCL collagen booster), 2 syringes in total for both hands (1 per hand), to help restore volume and firmness. It is offered in 1, 2 or 3 sessions. The Time Machine Collagen program is a facial collagen volume program of Radiesse 1 syringe ×2 sessions and Sculptra 1 vial ×3 sessions, with optional add-ons of G-Plan Point lifting filler 1cc or Restylane Volume 2cc/4cc as needed. All plans include tailored aftercare, and at Sia Clinic Daejeon treatment is designed around the degree of hollowness and skin thickness.

Precautions

Swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur, and the hands may feel stiff when making a fist for a few days.

On the day of treatment, avoid strenuous hand work and lifting heavy objects.

Nodules may rarely be felt, so follow the massage instructions given and visit us if anything feels unusual.

Should I choose Radiesse or GOURI for my hands?

Radiesse (CaHA) provides some volume to hollow hands while supporting collagen production, whereas GOURI (liquid PCL) focuses on firmness and texture of thinning skin. We recommend one after checking hollowness and skin thickness.

How does the Time Machine Collagen program work?

It consists of Radiesse 1 syringe in 2 sessions and Sculptra 1 vial in 3 sessions, with areas, order and intervals planned after consultation. G-Plan Point lifting filler or Restylane Volume can be added as options if needed.

How long do results last?
