Procedure Description

The Spot & Lentigo Package removes well-defined spots and lentigines directly with laser while toning evens out the surrounding skin. The spot-removal option combines 5 sessions of toning with cryo recovery care and 2 sessions of Piccolo Premium spot removal, offered as Basic (laser toning) or Premium (RevLite or Dia Pico Toning). The lentigo-removal option uses AI skin analysis to compare before and after and a honey-glow peel to check progress, ranging from lentigo removal alone to Basic and Premium versions that add toning, cryo care and a 2cc Melasma Clear Injection. The same lesion can be re-evaluated for additional removal 2 months after the first treatment, and at Sia Clinic Daejeon we confirm the number and depth of lesions before recommending a plan.

STEP 1.

Examination & AI skin analysis: number and depth of spots/lentigines are checked and the baseline recorded.

STEP 2.

Cleansing, peel & numbing: a honey-glow peel preps the skin and numbing cream is applied to target spots.

STEP 3.

Spot/lentigo removal: lesions are targeted with Piccolo or another suitable laser.

STEP 4.

Toning & injection (if included): full-face toning and the melasma care injection are performed.

STEP 5.

Cryo soothing & aftercare: the skin is calmed and ointment/patch use is explained.

Precautions

Crusts will form on removed spots; do not pick them, and use ointment or patches until they fall off naturally.

Temporary redness or post-inflammatory pigmentation may follow, so use strict sun protection.

On injection days, do not rub the area and avoid alcohol and saunas that day.

Moles or pigment that changes shape are examined first, and another approach may be advised instead of laser if needed.

FAQ

How do the spot-removal and lentigo-removal options differ?

The spot option combines 5 toning & cryo sessions with 2 Piccolo spot removals to address multiple spots and tone, while the lentigo option focuses on lentigines with AI before-and-after analysis. The lentigo Basic and Premium also include toning and a melasma care injection.

What if a removed lentigo comes back?

Depending on depth, a lentigo may not fade in one session or may darken again with UV. The same lesion can be re-evaluated 2 months after the first removal and treated with the additional-removal option; results vary by individual.

Can I wear makeup right after?

Light makeup is fine on toned areas from the next day, but we recommend patches or no makeup on removed spots until crusts fall off. Healing speed varies by individual.
