RevLite toning for the face, body toning for an even body tone

Procedure Description

RevLite SI is a Q-switched Nd:YAG laser that delivers an even beam across the skin, used for toning to manage melasma and dull tone. Toning sessions can be paired with your choice of modeling, cryo recovery care or LDM, and there is also an option adding Genesis for texture and pores. Body toning manages pigmentation and dullness on areas such as the back, arms and chest. Based on an area of two palms, you can choose laser body toning or body pico toning, and if roughness and blemish marks are also a concern, an option combining body Jessner peel is available. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, the device and number of sessions are tailored to the area and degree of pigment.

Procedure Process

STEP 1.
Consultation & area check: face/body areas and pigment are assessed to set the device and area.
STEP 2.
Cleansing & preparation: the area is cleaned and eye protection worn.
STEP 3.
Peel (if included): body Jessner peel removes built-up dead skin.
STEP 4.
Laser toning: RevLite, body toning or body pico toning is applied evenly.
STEP 5.
Soothing: modeling, cryo, LDM or a mask calms the skin.

Precautions

1.

Temporary redness or warmth may occur and usually subsides within hours.

2.

Peeling may occur after body Jessner peel; do not pull it off and keep the skin moisturized.

3.

Avoid UV on treated areas and apply sunscreen to body areas as well.

4.

On the day of treatment, avoid body scrubbing, saunas and friction from tight clothing.

FAQ

How is RevLite toning different from standard laser toning?

RevLite is designed to distribute beam energy evenly, which suits uniform treatment across the skin. We recommend the right toning device at consultation based on your skin; results vary by individual.

What does "two-palm area" mean for body toning?

Treatment area is counted in units equal to the size of your two open palms. Larger areas such as the whole back may need several units, which we confirm at consultation.

Should I choose body toning or body pico toning?

It depends on pigment depth, skin sensitivity and whether blemish marks are present. With roughness and marks, we may suggest body pico toning combined with body Jessner peel; improvement varies by individual.
