10-week melasma package: alternating PicoSure and RevLite toning plus injections in weeks 1, 4 and 8

Procedure Description

The Melasma Finale 10-Week Package is a 10-week program designed to combine laser toning with care for the skin's underlying environment. Each week alternates PicoSure toning and RevLite toning, with Zoom Pass and Genesis, and in weeks 4 and 8 PicoSure Focus or Dia Pico Fraxel is added to the butterfly zone (cheekbone area). Every session finishes with cryo recovery care. Unlike other melasma programs, it includes injections in weeks 1, 4 and 8: 1cc Melasma Clear Injection in the standard package, 2cc Juvelook Skin in Premium, and 6cc Re2O with 12 minutes of LDM recovery care in VVIP. Upgrade options double the injection dose, and at Sia Clinic Daejeon we assess melasma depth, skin thickness and barrier condition to recommend the right tier. Results vary by individual.

Procedure Process

STEP 1.

Examination & tier selection: melasma depth, skin thickness and barrier are assessed to choose standard, Premium or VVIP.

STEP 2.

Week 1: honey-glow peel and RevLite toning, followed by the first injection.

STEP 3.

Alternating toning: PicoSure toning (with Zoom Pass) and RevLite toning (with Genesis) alternate weekly.

STEP 4.

Weeks 4 & 8: butterfly-zone PicoSure Focus or Dia Pico Fraxel together with the injection.

STEP 5.

Recovery & progress check: cryo (plus LDM for VVIP) calms the skin and weekly response is reviewed.

Precautions

Swelling, bruising or small bumps may follow injections and usually settle within days; do not rub the area that day.

Do not pick crusts after the week 4 and 8 fraxel/focus sessions; focus on moisturizing and soothing.

Apply sunscreen daily for the 10 weeks, and avoid heat and irritation such as saunas or alcohol right after sessions.

FAQ

Will melasma be completely gone, as the name suggests?

"Finale" is the program name for this intensive 10-week course and does not guarantee results. Melasma can darken again due to hormones and UV, so improvement and duration vary by individual, and we recommend sun protection and maintenance afterward.

How do the standard, Premium and VVIP tiers differ?

The laser and care schedule is the same; only the week 1, 4 and 8 injections differ. Standard uses a 1cc Melasma Clear Injection, Premium uses 2cc Juvelook Skin, which supports collagen production, and VVIP uses 6cc Re2O with 12 minutes of LDM care. Standard and Premium can be upgraded to double the injection dose.

How is this different from the Signature Melasma & Pigment Program?

Both alternate toning types, but this package centers on PicoSure toning and adds injections in weeks 1, 4 and 8 to address the skin's underlying environment. We recommend the right program after examining your melasma and skin condition.

Are the injections painful?

Numbing cream is applied beforehand to reduce discomfort. You may feel some pricking, and sensation varies by individual.
