A step-by-step program centered on Pico Fractional and Secret RF for enlarged pores and uneven texture

Procedure Description

The Intensive Pore Program combines Pico Fractional, which delivers picosecond laser energy in fine micro-dots, and Secret RF, which transfers radiofrequency energy into the dermis through micro-needles. You can choose a cross program alternating the two treatments every two weeks, or a two-session course pairing Secret RF with Juvelook Skin and pore skin botox, and every session includes soothing care such as cryo regeneration care. Add-on options include skin botox (choice of Korean-made, Coretox, The Toxin, Xeomin or Allergan), Juvelook Skin, Re2O, Erbium fractional laser and Air Subcision. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we assess pore size, sebum production and any accompanying scars to tailor the treatment area (spot, butterfly zone or full face) and number of sessions.

Precautions

Redness, swelling or fine crusts may appear; please do not pick the crusts.

Avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days.

Postpone exfoliants, retinol and other irritating products until the skin has calmed.

Apply sunscreen and moisturize well. Let us know in advance if you are prone to keloids or pregnant.

FAQ

How do Pico Fractional and Secret RF differ?

Pico Fractional uses picosecond laser energy near the surface to help refine texture and shallow pores, while Secret RF delivers RF heat into the dermis through micro-needles to support firmness around pores and sebaceous glands. Alternating them addresses different layers; we recommend the right plan after diagnosis.

How many sessions are needed to notice results?

Some notice texture changes after one session, but pores generally respond better to 3–5 or more consistent sessions. The cross program runs 4 or 6 sessions at two-week intervals. Results vary by individual.

How do I choose add-on options?

For sebum and fine lines, consider skin botox (Korean-made, Coretox, The Toxin, Xeomin or Allergan); for density and texture, Juvelook Skin or Re2O; for depressed scars, Air Subcision. Erbium fractional is added on the same day as Pico or Secret RF. We recommend only the options you need after diagnosis.
