Procedure Description

The Medical Director Signature Acne Scar 12-Week Program is personally managed by our medical director from start to finish, arranging Pico Fractional, full-face subcision and a selected skin booster across a 12-week schedule. Pico Fractional refines surface texture and shallow scars, while subcision releases the fibrous bands tethering scars down, creating space for depressed areas to fill. Weekly cryo regeneration care, LDM regeneration care and intensive LDM regeneration care support recovery between treatments. You can choose the Juvelook 2cc, Intensive or Premium course according to scar depth and extent, and scar fillers (Korean-made, Belotero or Juvederm) may be considered for deep scars. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we diagnose your scar types (boxcar, rolling, ice pick) and tailor the weekly schedule.

Precautions

Swelling and bruising may last 1–2 weeks after subcision, so please plan around important events.

FAQ

How do the Juvelook 2cc, Intensive and Premium courses differ?

All three include Pico Fractional, full-face subcision and weekly regeneration care; they differ in the type and amount of skin booster and the regeneration schedule. Wider, deeper scars may suit the Intensive or Premium course, and the director explains the details at consultation.

Will my scars disappear completely after 12 weeks?

The goal is to reduce the depth and shadows of acne scars so they are less noticeable, rather than erase them entirely. Collagen remodeling may continue for months after the program, and further care may be suggested depending on your scars. Results vary by individual.

When are scar fillers added?

If deep depressions remain after subcision, scar filler can supplement missing volume. A Korean-made, Belotero or Juvederm product is chosen in 1cc or 2cc amounts to suit scar location and depth, and need is assessed at consultation.
