Square Jaw Botox
Square jaw Botox 50U that reduces an enlarged masseter for a slimmer jawline
Procedure Description
Square jaw Botox involves injecting botulinum toxin into the masseter, the muscle used for chewing, to reduce its activity so that its bulk gradually decreases over time. It suits those whose jaw looks angular because of a well-developed muscle rather than bone, and many people with clenching or teeth-grinding habits also choose it. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, square jaw Botox is based on a 50U dose, with products available in Korean-made, Coretox, The Toxin, Xeomin or Allergan. We palpate the muscle to check thickness and left-right differences before planning injection position and depth, aiming to reduce the risk of side effects such as a hollow look when smiling.
