Filler Dissolving (Hyaluronidase)
A corrective treatment that breaks down unwanted hyaluronic acid filler with hyaluronidase
Procedure Description
Filler dissolving uses hyaluronidase, an enzyme that breaks down hyaluronic acid, to dissolve previously injected hyaluronic acid filler. It is used when filler looks excessive, lumpy, asymmetric or has migrated, or when clearing existing filler before re-treatment. This package is a single session of 1cc hyaluronidase; the amount and number of sessions needed are decided after consultation depending on the amount, location and extent of the filler. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we review your treatment history and where the filler remains before carefully planning the injection area and dose.

Precautions
Swelling, redness or bruising may occur and usually subside within a few days.
It works only on hyaluronic acid filler and may not affect fillers of other materials, so please tell us what filler you received before.
Please tell us beforehand if you have had allergic reactions to bee stings or any drug allergies.
It may also temporarily affect your natural hyaluronic acid, so the area may look slightly hollow right after; please review progress before discussing re-treatment.
