Filler that adds projection to a short or recessed chin to refine your profile and lower-face balance

Procedure Description

Chin filler uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injected into the chin to add length and forward projection to a short or recessed chin. It is planned around the lip–chin line and the side-profile E-line so the lower face looks clearer and more balanced. You can choose from 1cc options including Atière, Neuramis, Soonsoo Fill, Belotero, Restylane and Juvederm. At Sia Clinic Daejeon, front and side proportions are analyzed to tailor the injection points and volume.

Precautions

Swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur and usually settles within a few days to a week.

Avoid pressing or massaging the chin firmly for about 1–2 weeks while the shape settles.

Avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days.
