Procedure Description

Aegyo-sal filler places a small amount of hyaluronic acid (HA) filler in the aegyo-sal, the soft roll just below the lashes that lifts when you smile, to enhance its thickness and length. Unlike under-eye filler, which fills hollows, it aims to create a fine line of volume right under the eye so the eyes look larger and your smile looks softer. Because this area is narrow and the skin is very thin, too much can look puffy or unnatural, so soft products such as Neuramis or Belotero (1cc) or Restylane Eyelight (0.5cc) are injected in small amounts. Precautions

Right after treatment, swelling can make it look thicker; it settles within a few days.

For about 1–2 weeks, do not rub the eyes or press hard when inserting contact lenses.
