Non-surgical nose shaping that uses filler for bridge volume and nose threads for tip support

Procedure Description

Nose filler uses hyaluronic acid (HA) filler to add volume to a low nasal bridge and the line from between the brows to the bridge. Filler is well suited to adding volume but has limited ability to lift and support the tip, so if tip height or direction is also a concern, dissolvable nose threads can be inserted to reinforce the supporting structure. Options range from 1cc of Soonsoo Fill or Restylane nose filler alone to combinations with Super Mijuko nose threads or premium nose threads on one area (bridge or tip) or two areas. Precautions

For 1–2 weeks, avoid pressing the nose firmly or wearing heavy glasses for long periods.

With threads, temporary foreign-body sensation, tightness or swelling may occur and usually eases gradually.

Avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days and keep the area clean.

If severe pain, skin color change (pale or purplish), heat or discharge occurs, contact the clinic immediately.
