Super Mijuko alone involves inserting dissolvable nose threads, without filler, to refine the bridge line or support the tip. Because the threads act as a support, the focus is on straightening the line and tidying the tip shape rather than adding a lot of volume. It can be considered by those who are wary of filler volume or worry about it spreading. You can choose the bridge, the tip, or both (2 areas). The number of threads and insertion range are decided by the doctor after assessing nasal skin thickness and existing shape. Precautions

Temporary swelling, bruising, foreign-body sensation or tightness may occur and usually eases gradually.

For about 2 weeks, avoid touching the nose hard or blowing it forcefully, and avoid heavy glasses.

Keep the insertion sites clean and avoid alcohol, saunas and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days.

If heat, discharge, or a visible or protruding thread is noticed, contact the clinic immediately.
