TriFill PRO

TriFill PRO

Releasing depressed scars with gas pressure and filling them with regenerative ingredients.

About Procedure

About TriFill PRO

TriFill PRO is a scar treatment device that combines air subcision, which uses CO2 gas pressure to release tethered tissue beneath the skin, with the injection of regenerative ingredients into that space in a single step.

Injecting in the order of gas → regenerative ingredient → gas helps the ingredient spread evenly at the intended depth, and the suction function holds the skin in place so that depth and injection volume are controlled consistently.

Sia Clinic Daejeon examines the shape and depth of the scars first, then designs the regenerative ingredient, treatment range, and whether to combine it with other scar treatments for each individual.

FAQ

FAQ

Q.  How is it different from conventional subcision?
Conventional subcision cuts tethered tissue directly with a needle, while TriFill PRO separates the tissue with CO2 gas pressure and then fills the space with regenerative ingredients.
Q.  What kind of scars is it effective for?
It is mainly used for rolling and boxcar acne scars that are depressed due to tethering. Narrow, deep ice pick scars are often treated in combination with other scar treatments.
Q.  What about pain and recovery time?
It is performed after numbing cream is applied, and you may feel pressure or a pulling sensation. Redness and swelling usually subside within about 1-3 days, and bruises within about a week.
Q.  How many sessions do I need?
It depends on scar depth and shape, but generally 2-3 or more sessions at 4-week intervals are recommended, and the number is adjusted based on progress.
Q.  Can it be combined with other scar treatments?
It can be combined step by step with fractional lasers, Secret RF, skin boosters, and more, and we will explain the order and interval during consultation.
