Coolfase

Cooling and radiofrequency together: firmness care that builds from the dermis

About Procedure

About Coolfase

Coolfase is a lifting device that delivers monopolar radiofrequency (RF) energy to the dermis, using thermal stimulation to support collagen regeneration and address skin firmness, fine lines, and skin texture.

According to the manufacturer, it is designed to deliver RF heat while cooling the skin surface using a Direct Contact Cooling (DCC) method, helping protect the epidermis and reduce the burden of heat during treatment.

Sia Clinic Daejeon checks skin thickness, the degree of lost firmness, and the location of fine lines to design the tip, number of shots, and treatment areas for each individual, and also advises on whether to combine it with ultrasound lifting when needed.

FAQ

FAQ

Q.  How are Coolfase and CoolSoniq different?
CoolSoniq mainly addresses sagging and contours in relatively deep layers with focused ultrasound, while Coolfase mainly addresses firmness and fine lines in the dermis with radiofrequency that has a cooling function. The two devices can also be planned together, and we will recommend a suitable combination after your consultation.
Q.  Is it very painful?
You may feel RF heat, but we reduce discomfort with numbing cream and the cooling function. The level of sensation may vary from person to person.
Q.  When do results appear?
Some people feel their skin is firmer right after treatment, and changes may appear gradually over 2-3 months as collagen regenerates. Results and their duration vary from person to person.
Q.  Can it be used around the eyes?
For areas with thin skin such as around the eyes, we check your skin condition before deciding whether treatment is possible and how to set the energy. The treatment range will be explained during your consultation.
