About GentleMax Pro Plus
GentleMax Pro Plus is a laser system by Candela that lets us choose between two wavelengths in a single device: the 755nm Alexandrite, which is highly absorbed by melanin, and the 1064nm Nd:YAG, which reaches deeper into the skin.
Because the wavelength can be switched according to hair thickness, hair color and skin tone, settings are adjusted after consultation even for areas with a lot of thick, dark hair or for relatively darker skin tones. DCD cooling, which instantly cools the skin surface right before each pulse, helps reduce heat during treatment, and the large spot size allows large areas such as the arms, legs and back to be treated efficiently.

Consultation & hair assessment — We check hair thickness, color and skin tone to decide the areas and number of sessions
Shaving & cleansing — The treatment area is shaved and cosmetics and deodorant are removed

Before & After Care
Please review the following for the best results.
Before treatment, please use only a razor instead of tweezers, waxing or hair removal cream
Avoid deodorant, perfume and other irritating products on the day of treatment
Temporary redness or swelling around the hair follicles may occur after treatment
Avoid saunas, hot baths and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days after treatment
Avoid sun exposure on the treated area and apply sunscreen
Let us know in advance if you are pregnant, breastfeeding or taking photosensitizing medication
