[Imported] Juvederm

[Imported] Juvederm

An imported filler divided by purpose: volume, contour, and lips

About Procedure

About [Imported] Juvederm

Juvederm is an imported hyaluronic acid (HA) filler brand from Allergan Aesthetics (an AbbVie company), used in many countries.

It consists of lineups with different firmness and spread depending on purpose, such as Voluma (midface volume), Volift, and Volbella (lips and fine lines) using Vycross technology, so products can be used separately for each area.

At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we check your areas of concern, such as midface volume, forehead, lips, and fine lines or scars, then design the Juvederm lineup, injection depth, and dosage for each individual.

FAQ

FAQ

Q.  How do the Juvederm lineups differ?
Voluma is mainly used for midface volume, Volift for mid-depth volume and wrinkles, and Volbella for delicate areas such as lips and fine lines. The actual product used will be advised during consultation based on the area and purpose.
Q.  What is Vycross technology?
It is Allergan's manufacturing technology that cross-links hyaluronic acid of different molecular weights together, applied to Juvederm products such as Voluma, Volift, and Volbella.
Q.  Is it suitable for midface volume?
It can be used to restore volume in a hollow midface such as the front cheeks, and is also offered as an apple zone package. The volume is designed during consultation to suit your face shape.
Q.  How long do the effects last?
It depends on the product, area, and lifestyle, and often lasts from several months to over a year. Duration varies by individual.
Q.  What if I am not satisfied with the result?
Hyaluronic acid fillers can be dissolved with hyaluronidase (filler-dissolving injection) if needed. We check progress 1–2 weeks after the swelling subsides and advise on correction options.
