GOURI

GOURI

Building up elasticity within the skin step by step with liquid PCL

About Procedure

About GOURI

GOURI is a collagen booster made from PCL (polycaprolactone) in liquid form, used without a separate hydration step. It is known to break down gradually in the skin and stimulate fibroblasts to induce collagen production.

Unlike particle-type collagen boosters, it is characterized by spreading evenly within the skin as a liquid, and is used to care for thinning skin, fine lines and loss of elasticity. There is also a layered package in which it is injected into deeper layers with a cannula and shallower layers with Derma Shine Pro.

At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we plan 1 or 2 syringes per session or a layered 3-syringe package according to your skin thickness and elasticity, along with customized soothing care.

FAQ

FAQ

Q.  How is GOURI different from Sculptra, Juvelook and Radiesse?
Sculptra (PLLA), Juvelook (PDLLA) and Radiesse (CaHA) contain particle-type ingredients, while GOURI is PCL made into a liquid formulation, so it is used without a hydration step and spreads evenly within the skin. We will recommend a product suited to your skin condition and goals after examination.
Q.  How is the layered 3-syringe package performed?
It is a single-session package in which 2 syringes are injected into relatively deeper layers with a cannula and 1 syringe into shallower layers with Derma Shine Pro, caring for elasticity and texture layer by layer. The treatment areas and intervals are advised after examination.
Q.  Can it be used on the back of the hands?
Yes, hand GOURI is performed with a total of 2 syringes for both hands (1 syringe per hand). Suitability is decided after checking the skin on the back of your hands.
Q.  When can I expect to notice results?
Collagen production takes time, so many people notice changes gradually over several weeks. Results and their duration may vary by individual.
