About Juvelook Volume

Juvelook Volume is a collagen booster composed of PDLLA (poly-D,L-lactic acid) and hyaluronic acid, which stimulates collagen production within the skin to help improve volume and elasticity in hollow areas.

It belongs to the same family as Juvelook i, which focuses on texture, but differs in that its particles are slightly larger and it is injected into relatively deeper layers, focusing on volume improvement. Rather than filling instantly like a filler, it aims for changes that build up gradually over time.

At Sia Clinic Daejeon, we check the hollow areas and skin thickness to plan the injection sites and number of sessions (1 or 3) based on 5cc per session, along with customized aftercare for each treatment.

Before & After Care

Please review the following for the best results.

Swelling, bruising or tenderness may occur after treatment and usually subside within a few days

Rarely, nodules may be felt at the injection site; please visit the clinic if you notice anything unusual

Do not press or rub the treated area forcefully other than as instructed

Avoid saunas, alcohol and strenuous exercise for 1–2 days after treatment

Volume changes appear gradually, so please keep to your session schedule

Please let us know before treatment if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have skin inflammation, an autoimmune disease or a tendency to keloids

Q. What is the difference between Juvelook Volume and Juvelook i?

Both contain PDLLA and hyaluronic acid, but Juvelook i is mainly used for texture care in the dermis, while Juvelook Volume has slightly larger particles and is injected into deeper layers, mainly for volume improvement.

Q. How is it different from Sculptra and Radiesse?

Sculptra contains PLLA, Radiesse contains CaHA (calcium hydroxylapatite), and Juvelook Volume contains PDLLA and hyaluronic acid. All stimulate collagen production, but they differ in ingredients, injection depth and how volume appears, so the choice depends on the area and goal.

Q. When do results appear?

Because collagen production takes time, volume tends to build up gradually over weeks to months. Results and their duration may vary by individual.

Q. What if a nodule forms?

Rarely, a nodule may be felt at the injection site. In that case, please visit the clinic and we will advise appropriate care after examination.
